Deleting your data

Delete from the app (recommended)

1. Log in at replyig.com/login.
2. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first from Billing (deletion is blocked while a subscription is running so you’re never charged after leaving).
3. Go to Settings and choose Delete account.

What happens when you delete

• All your sessions are terminated immediately.
• Your automations stop permanently — no further DMs or public replies are sent.
• Your Instagram access token is no longer used.
• Activity log entries age out on the standard 30-day schedule described in the privacy policy.
• Deletion is permanent: the same Instagram account cannot sign up for ReplyIG again.

Revoke access on Instagram’s side too

For completeness, you can also revoke ReplyIG’s authorization directly in Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and Websites, then remove ReplyIG. This invalidates the access token at Meta, independent of anything we do.

Delete by email

Prefer not to log in, or lost access to the account? Email support@replyig.com from an address you can verify ownership with, including your Instagram username, and we’ll process the deletion manually and confirm when it’s done.
