What exactly is an “active automation”?
One automation watches one post or reel. Plans limit how many can run at the same time. You can pause one and activate another whenever you like, on any plan.
Are DMs or comments ever metered?
No. Every plan sends unlimited DMs and processes unlimited comments. The only difference between plans is how many automations can be active at once.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the Billing page in one click. You keep Pro until the end of the month you already paid for, then drop back to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.
How does billing work?
Pro is a $25/month recurring subscription, billed through Stripe. There is no yearly plan and no setup fee. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page.
Do you offer refunds?
If something didn’t work as promised, email support within 14 days of a charge and we’ll make it right.
