Plain-language terms for using ReplyIG. Last updated July 5, 2026.
ReplyIG automates replies to comments on Instagram posts you choose: when a comment matches your trigger keywords, ReplyIG sends the DM you wrote and, optionally, a public reply. It operates through the official Instagram API using access you grant via Instagram’s login. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
You must own or be authorized to manage the Instagram account you connect, and it must be a Business or Creator account. You’re responsible for the content of the messages your automations send — they go out from your account, in your name.
Don’t use ReplyIG to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. Meta may independently restrict accounts that violate its policies — keeping your messaging within Instagram’s rules is ultimately your responsibility, and honest, wanted replies are what ReplyIG is built for.
You can delete your account from Settings at any time (cancel any active subscription first). Deletion is permanent: the same Instagram account cannot be re-registered afterwards. Details are on the data deletion page.
We work to keep ReplyIG fast and reliable, but the service depends on Instagram’s API and webhook delivery, which are outside our control. ReplyIG is provided “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted operation or that every comment will receive a reply. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyIG’s total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect damages — lost profits, lost followers, or actions Instagram takes against your account.
If we change these terms materially, we’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, note it in the app. Continuing to use ReplyIG after a change means you accept the new terms.
